Case:

A suspicious claim raised concerns the policy holder might be attempting to defraud the insurer across multiple jurisdictions. 

Centry Global Response:

Centry Global was instructed to carry out a fraud investigation into the various parties involved in the claim. The investigation uncovered a web of shell companies across four countries and direct links between the alleged victim and the alleged perpetrators. The same or similar claims, it turned out, had been filed by this criminal group within the same year and potentially other times in the past.  Centry Global further supported the case by successfully deploying psycholinguistic (behavioral communication) techniques to expose the policy holder’s deception.

Result:

The client was able to avoid a costly fraud claim that could have damaged the business and the company’s reputation, particularly as the criminals involved appear to have been serial insurance fraudsters.
